The John Randall House is committed to protecting our guests and staff during these unprecedented times. In order to do this, we are implementing policies from the Governor of our state and the Town of Provincetown.
“Here are a few things you may find helpful as a guest of the John Randall House”
Contactless Check-In/Out
Sanitized Room keys will be left in the mailbox to the right of the house for pick up. At check-out the guests will leave their room keys in the room. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Should you need to store your luggage after check-out, please feel free to put them in the Community room. If you need to extend your check-out past this time, please contact our Office prior to 11:00 am to make arrangements.
Enhanced Cleaning Practices
The John Randall House has always placed a strong emphasis on the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of our guests. Our house uses cleaning products and protocols, which meet EPA guidelines and are approved for use against viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens.
Public Areas
High touch areas, such as, but not limited to doors, door handles, handrails, furniture in public spaces are cleaned and sanitized on a frequent and routine basis.
Guest Rooms/Housekeeping
Please note there will be no daily housekeeping other than for emergencies. Additional towels and supplies will be placed in the rooms. Enhanced cleaning practices will take place in between guest stays. For our guests’ safety, we have eliminated a portion of the touchpoints in the guest room. Some examples of what we removed are brochures, pens, and menus. Per CDC guidelines, we have identified the major in-room touchpoints to receive extra sanitation, such as all doors and handles, light switches, countertops, remote controls, phones, thermostats, lamps, faucets, luggage racks and clocks.
